By inviting Cortex HQ (the “bot”) to a Discord server, using the Cortex HQ dashboard, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and stop using the dashboard.
Cortex HQ provides moderation, utility, entertainment, and management features for Discord servers, along with a companion web dashboard. Our features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
The dashboard is provided for free. Optional premium features may be offered and may change in price or availability at any time. Purchases are final unless otherwise stated by Cortex HQ.
You agree not to use Cortex HQ to:
Virtual coins earned or wagered through games are for entertainment only and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or services. We may adjust, reset, or remove balances at any time.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the bot or dashboard will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the bot or dashboard for any user or server that violates these terms, without prior notice. Server administrators may remove the bot at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
