Privacy Policy

To provide our services, we may store the following data:

• Discord identifiers — user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs needed for commands to function.
• Server configuration — settings you configure, such as moderation, logging, giveaways, reaction roles, and join-to-create preferences.
• Activity data — message counts, command usage, and moderation actions for server analytics.
• Game and economy data — game scores, leaderboard entries, and virtual coin balances.
• Dashboard account data — your Discord username, avatar, and OAuth-granted permissions when you sign in to the dashboard.

We use the data we collect solely to operate and improve the bot and dashboard: executing commands, storing server settings, generating analytics, running games, and providing the web dashboard experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data is stored on our own managed databases. We retain data for as long as the bot remains in your server or until you request removal. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access.

We share data only with service providers that host our infrastructure, and only to the extent necessary to operate the service. We never sell personal data, and we will not disclose it except where required by law.

You may request deletion of data associated with your user ID at any time. Server administrators can remove the bot to stop data collection; on removal, we will delete the stored configuration for that server.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
